- Architect and implement end-to-end operational systems, including client delivery workflows, internal SOPs, and onboarding processes to replace existing manual chaos.
- Manage commercial accounts and drive revenue conversations, holding cross-functional teams accountable for delivery excellence and account expansion goals.
- Integrate AI-native tools and automation into the agency’s core infrastructure to maximize productivity and maintain a competitive edge in the digital marketing landscape.
