Pre-Construction Manager at March-construction — High-end residential construction

You will take full ownership of the pre-construction phase for luxury residential projects across London. This role is about slowing down to ensure technical coordination, accurate pricing, and buildability are resolved before site commencement. You'll bridge the gap between initial drawings and successful delivery, creating robust packages that the entire team can trust.

• Prepare detailed project pricing and customer-facing scopes, including structured trade packages that reflect realistic construction sequences and delivery methods.
• Perform technical reviews of architectural and structural information using Bluebeam or SketchUp to identify information gaps and buildability risks early.
• Manage the handover process to Project Managers, ensuring all assumptions, risks, and technical queries are clearly captured for a confident start on-site.

• Significant experience in pre-construction, estimating, or quantity surveying within the high-end residential sector, with the confidence to own the entire function.
• Highly analytical mindset with the ability to price from drawings and coordinate complex consultant information without relying on assumptions.
• Strong technical proficiency in industry tools like Bluebeam and a commitment to accuracy, clarity, and doing things properly the first time.
