Product Engineer at AUAR

Join AUAR to build software that physically automates homebuilding. You will develop the MasterBuilder platform, creating full-stack interfaces that move robotic arms and assemble timber housing in MicroFactories. This role blends TypeScript/React engineering with real-world robotics, requiring an AI-native approach to solve complex manufacturing, failure recovery, and 3D visualization challenges onsite.

• Own the full-stack experience for MicroFactory operators, building real-time 3D visualizations and interfaces for production control and monitoring.
• Develop AI-driven design validation layers that flag manufacturing issues and optimize assembly sequences before physical production begins.
• Collaborate directly with hardware and robotics engineers on the factory floor to debug systems and implement automated failure recovery paths.

• Possesses 3+ years of professional full-stack experience with deep fluency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Demonstrates an AI-native workflow, using LLMs and agents to accelerate development and building machine intelligence into the core product.
• Thrives in high-stakes, early-stage environments where they can work onsite in London at least 3 days a week alongside the physical hardware.
