Product Manager at Infilla

You will lead the transformation of US housing infrastructure by modernizing the permit process for major municipalities. Owning 0→1 products and core systems end-to-end, you’ll work directly with city planners to unblock housing backlogs. This is a high-impact role for a builder who thrives on independence and rapid execution in a mission-critical domain.

• Own product areas end-to-end, from initial insight and writing technical specs to shipping and iterative improvement using AI-driven prototyping.
• Conduct deep-dive discovery and user research by shadowing government staff at agencies to ground product intuition in real-world constraints.
• Partner directly with engineering and design to ship the simplest, most valuable versions of products that replace legacy paper-based processes.

• Proven track record of shipping 0→1 products at early-stage startups with high independence and minimal oversight.
• Avid user of AI tools for daily workflows, including spec writing, prototyping, and data analysis to accelerate the shipping cycle.
• Exceptional writer who uses detailed documentation to drive team alignment and can navigate complex stakeholder environments with urgency.
