What you will do
- Design and own the core Product Operations frameworks, including user acceptance testing and data migration testing systems.
- Lead investigations into complex, ambiguous issues spanning multiple teams to identify and solve systemic root causes.
- Partner with Engineering to refine incident response protocols and validate product readiness for major enterprise releases.
