What you will do
- Spend 25-40% of your time on-site at health systems, mapping front desk, call center, and referral workflows to agent behaviors.
- Design and implement prompts, structured extraction, and tool integrations while wiring agents into EHR systems like Epic and Cerner.
- Own production performance by monitoring telemetry, debugging failures, and iterating on evaluation systems to ensure clinical-grade reliability.

- 3-6 years of experience in technical customer-facing roles like forward-deployed engineering or TPM, with a history of mastering technical domains.
