What you will do
- Partner with Risk, Collections, and Underwriting teams to diagnose operational bottlenecks and identify high-value AI implementation opportunities.
- Build functional end-to-end prototypes using Python or TypeScript, LLMs, RAG, and agents to prove technical feasibility before committing engineering resources.
- Own the AI product roadmap, defining clear success metrics and ensuring every initiative aligns with measurable company growth and risk reduction objectives.
