- Define and execute the product roadmap, making critical trade-offs and prioritising features that simplify complex regulated tasks like insurance, taxes, and payments.
- Lead hands-on product delivery by writing detailed specs and collaborating closely with engineering and design to ship high-quality, intuitive consumer experiences.
- Establish the product management lifecycle and culture within the organization, transitioning the company from founder-led product to a structured, scalable function.
Who this is a fit for
- 7+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of shipping successful consumer-facing products in fintech, insurtech, or other regulated spaces.
- Previous experience as an early product hire in a fast-moving startup environment, demonstrating the ability to build and execute effectively without existing scaffolding.
- Exceptional UX sensibilities and analytical skills, capable of translating fragmented government and insurance processes into simple, beautiful, and intuitive user interfaces.
