What you will do
- Own the entire customer loop, from conducting discovery interviews with TA professionals to leading post-launch reviews that ensure agents are adopted and effective.
- Lead technical prototyping and evaluation cycles using the Vercel AI SDK and TypeScript to define the spec through working code rather than static documents.
- Stack-rank and communicate an ICP-anchored roadmap, collaborating with Sales and Marketing to ensure every agent built has a clear story and high adoption rate.

- Proven track record of shipping production-grade AI agents—specifically managing retries, evals, hallucination control, and tool use in real-world environments.
- Deep technical fluency in modern agentic stacks, including TypeScript, Cloudflare Workers, and foundation models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google.
- Forward-deployed mindset with a bias for action, comfortable spending significant time in customer rooms and thinking in Looms or prototypes rather than traditional PRDs.
