What you will do
- Work directly with the CEO and CTO to define, prioritize, and communicate Drafter Inc.’s strategic product roadmap and narrative.
- Translate ambiguous customer pain points from mechanical engineers into crisp product requirements, specs, and clearly scoped engineering tasks.
- Drive execution by resolving dependencies, making smart tradeoff decisions, and maintaining momentum across the engineering and design teams.
Who this is a fit for
- Has 3–10+ years of experience in product management or as a startup founder/operator, with a proven track record of shipping technical products.
- Demonstrates “negative maintenance” ownership—the ability to identify and resolve risks or open questions before they block the team’s execution.
- Possesses strong technical instincts and the ability to earn trust with world-class engineers working on computational geometry and AI/ML.
