What you will do
- Own the end-to-end roadmap and execution for the core research workflow, driving the product loop from discovery and scoping to weekly high-quality releases.
- Collaborate deeply with Customer Success and senior users at Big 4 firms to translate complex pain points into intuitive AI-driven research experiences.
- Drive QA and release readiness while participating in sales calls to demo new capabilities and validate 0-1 product add-ons like live transcription and anonymization.
