What you will do
- Own the end-to-end strategy for tokenization products, making critical design calls on settlement models, reconciliation flows, and API specifications.
- Drive customer discovery by conducting deep-dive sessions with target banks and fintechs to validate product assumptions and ensure implementation readiness.
- Partner closely with engineering to translate banking operations like Reg CC holds and float management into robust on-chain logic and adapter interfaces.
Who this is a fit for
- 5+ years of product experience at a commercial bank or core banking vendor such as Fiserv, FIS, Jack Henry, or Temenos.
- Deep technical knowledge of US deposit regulations and payment rails including ACH, Fedwire, RTP, FedNow, and SWIFT settlement practices.
- Strong architectural intuition with the ability to bridge conversations between bank technology architects and blockchain engineers building protocol modules.
