Production & Content Manager at THE MOON HUB LTD

You will own the end-to-end production of immersive VR training experiences that redefine how people learn. From client consultation and scripting to managing shoots and final CMS delivery, you will bridge the gap between product and operations. Your work will directly impact how thousands of professionals retain critical skills.

• Manage the full VR content lifecycle, including scripting immersive scenarios and coordinating talent and logistics for on-site production shoots.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with developers and designers to integrate assets into the VR platform and ensure high-fidelity user experiences.
• Take ownership of content delivery workflows, utilizing CMS tools to schedule and optimize training modules based on performance insights.

• Possesses 2–4 years of experience in content or media production with a proven track record of managing projects from concept to final delivery.
• Demonstrates specific experience in VR or immersive content production, understanding the unique spatial requirements of 360-degree environments.
• Shows proficiency in production logistics and post-production tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects to ensure brand consistency and quality.

• Create content for a world-class client roster including Amazon, Just Eat, and Warner Brothers within a fast-growing immersive tech startup.
• Move beyond traditional video production into the cutting-edge field of spatial computing and VR, where your work has measurable impact on learner retention.
