Responsibilities

What you will do

  • Execute a high-activity sales motion including 100+ daily cold calls and 350 weekly emails to HR and talent leadership.
  • Identify and engage decision-makers at growing companies and enterprise organisations to qualify interest and book product demos.
  • Manage the end-to-end outbound pipeline within the CRM, collaborating with marketing to refine messaging and increase meeting conversion rates.
