What you will do
- Drive the full outbound sales cycle by crafting personalized outreach, A/B testing messaging, and managing the pipeline from lead to close.
- Consult with CEOs and COOs of mid-market healthcare facilities to quantify ROI and demonstrate the value of AI-driven workforce management.
- Partner with product and leadership teams to feed market insights back into the product roadmap and refine the company's positioning.
Who this is a fit for
- 3-6+ years of full-cycle sales experience with a proven track record of building outbound pipelines from scratch in a startup environment.
- Strong ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals within mid-market companies and engage effectively with C-suite executives.
- Exceptional communication skills with an owner mindset, comfortable iterating on sales processes rather than just following a pre-written playbook.
