Account Executive at HYBR

What you'll do

What you will do

  • Execute the end-to-end sales process, including cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and running consultative product demos that convert to signed contracts.
  • Act as a strategic consultant for letting agents, reviewing their tech stacks and demonstrating how Hybr’s AI automates enquiry handling and scheduling.
  • Collaborate closely with the product team to feed market insights back into the platform, ensuring the product evolves with customer needs.

Who you are

Who this is a fit for

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS closing roles, ideally within a fast-paced startup environment where you consistently hit or exceeded targets.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a consultative approach, able to build trust quickly with business owners and navigate complex operational workflows.
  • Proactive, "builder" mindset with the grit to handle startup volatility and the commercial sharpness to identify upsell and expansion opportunities.
