You will own end-to-end enterprise sales cycles, helping FTSE-listed organizations and public sector bodies bridge the gap between AI deployment and measurable productivity. As a trusted advisor, you will navigate complex stakeholder environments to shape organizational change, moving beyond feature-selling to deliver true workforce-level transformation across the UK market.

PAIR is the AI adoption layer for enterprise. We're the missing piece that sits between AI tool deployment and measurable business outcomes.

For people, we build capability and confidence through role-specific upskilling that shows how, when, and where to use GenAI to improve work quality at speed (with the added benefit of higher satisfaction - a topic many organisations might be worried about). Behaviour sticks because it's applied to actual work, not theoretical scenarios.

For organisations, we provide the adoption layer AI vendors don't: tracking current maturity, identifying high-value use cases, quantifying ROI, enabling governance around license allocation and performance. In 2026, we will move further into the organisational value, and add a third beneficiary: teams/managers (potentially driven through missions, and specific dashboard views).

What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle enterprise deals from initial sourcing and discovery through to vendor due diligence, contracting, and closing.
  • Navigate multi-threaded stakeholder environments involving C-suite, HR, IT, and Security to build consensus for large-scale AI transformation projects.
  • Act as a strategic consultant to prospective clients, helping them diagnose why existing AI tools aren't sticking and proposing structured adoption frameworks.

  • Has 3+ years of proven success closing complex enterprise software or AI deals with consistent quota attainment and multi-threaded execution.
  • Demonstrates a deep curiosity for AI as an organizational challenge and possesses the gravitas to influence leadership-level business outcomes.
  • Is a London-based operator who thrives in a high-intensity office environment 3+ days a week and excels at building long-term, expandable client relationships.
