What you will do
- Research, identify, and self-generate a pipeline of pre-seed through Series A startups via cold calling, personalized outreach, and strategic networking.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact and product demonstration through to contract closure and successful client onboarding.
- Foster relationships with local community partners and attend industry events to enhance Rho’s visibility and identify high-potential business opportunities.
Who this is a fit for
- Has at least 2 years of full-cycle B2B closing experience, with a proven track record of hunting and self-sourcing their own pipeline.
- Demonstrates experience selling to founders or C-suite stakeholders, ideally within the fintech, business banking, or high-growth SaaS sectors.
- Is highly proficient with Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator and possesses a deep network within the local San Francisco startup market.
