Join as the first US-based Account Executive for a high-growth scale-up redefining global mobility. You will own the full sales cycle for the West Coast, targeting mid-market and enterprise accounts. This foundational role combines strategic market entry with hands-on execution, helping companies navigate cross-border compliance through a category-defining SaaS platform.

What you will do

  • Lead the end-to-end sales process from discovery and product demos to complex negotiations with C-level stakeholders in HR, Legal, and Finance.
  • Proactively build and manage a high-quality pipeline through outbound outreach and networking in the San Francisco Bay Area and West Coast.
  • Partner with leadership to refine US go-to-market strategy, value propositions, and sales playbooks based on real-time market feedback.

Who this is a fit for

  • Possesses 3–6 years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience with a documented history of overachieving revenue targets.
  • Expert in structured sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or SPICED and experienced in selling to senior HR, Legal, or Finance decision-makers.
  • Self-starter with a "greenfield" mentality, comfortable building a territory from scratch and operating with urgency in a fast-paced environment.
