What you will do

  • Act as the primary commercial lead for a portfolio of accounts, managing the end-to-end subscription renewal process and revenue forecasting.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to drive product adoption, ensuring clients derive maximum value and remain engaged with the platform.
  • Identify and execute upsell opportunities by positioning Searchland’s data-driven solutions against specific customer workflows, maturity, and business goals.

Who this is a fit for

  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success within a B2B SaaS or data-led platform environment.
  • Proven track record of managing commercial renewals and identifying account growth opportunities through value-led conversations.
  • Highly organized professional with strong attention to detail and the ability to navigate CRM tools like HubSpot and Stripe.
