  • Manage a book of customers, driving 10-20% month-on-month growth in retention and wallet share through proactive engagement via WhatsApp and stock recommendations.
  • Build and implement AI-powered workflows to automate repeatable tasks, allowing you to manage high-value accounts with superior quality and speed.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product and operations teams to surface customer pain points and improve the platform’s global inventory layer.
