- Lead structured discovery workshops and process mapping to identify inefficiencies and high-value automation opportunities across diverse business functions from finance to customer experience.

- Partner with the internal Responsible AI & Governance team to weave ethical frameworks and regulatory compliance into every client transformation project as a strategic enabler.
