What you'll do
What you will do
- Drive the sales operating rhythm by identifying stalled opportunities, tightening pipeline hygiene, and unblocking deals to increase conversion rates.
- Coordinate complex cross-functional handoffs between Business Development, Research, and Growth teams to ensure seamless proposal delivery.
- Own the quality control of client-facing materials and partner on automation across the HubSpot deal pipeline to remove manual friction.
Who you are
Who this is a fit for
- 2-4 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or enablement, preferably within a consultative research, advisory, or agency environment.
- Power user of HubSpot with a proven track record of improving CRM workflows, templates, and reporting for B2B sales cycles.
- Highly organized project manager with the confidence to hold senior sellers accountable and push for process discipline in a fast-paced setting.
