What you will do
- Prepare, review, and submit complex corporate filings to ensure acceptance across all jurisdictions, specifically the California Secretary of State.
- Act as the primary point of contact for receiving and processing legal Service of Process for Discern’s California customers.
- Build and maintain deep relationships with clients during onboarding, providing expert insights into corporate compliance and jurisdictional requirements.
Who this is a fit for
- Proven experience in corporate filings and compliance, ideally with a paralegal background or general knowledge of corporate administration.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems while building strong relationships with government bodies and jurisdictional offices.
- Possesses a valid US driver’s license and is comfortable fulfilling the physical requirements of a commercial registered agent on-site.
