You will bridge the gap between technical support and implementation, configuring AI agents, building complex workflows, and troubleshooting APIs. What you will do
- Own the end-to-end customer onboarding process, from account setup and AI agent configuration to workflow testing and successful go-live.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues independently by working with APIs, databases, and webhooks rather than just passing tickets to engineering.
- Use AI tools and LLM pipelines extensively to build automations, diagnose system behaviors, and improve the efficiency of Nesti’s AI employees.
Who this is a fit for
- Possesses a strong technical foundation with experience in software configuration, automation tools, or technical implementation roles.
- Is AI-native, with hands-on experience building AI agents, multi-step automations, or LLM pipelines beyond simple everyday prompting.
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical agency owners while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
