What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end leasing process by converting warm leads into active rentals through high-volume phone, email, and text communication.
- Proactively monitor site conditions and security via remote camera systems, flagging maintenance issues and ensuring properties meet brand standards.
- Drive property financial health by managing the collections process, de-escalating billing disputes, and overseeing the customer-facing side of auction filings.
