As a Customer Service & Leasing Associate, you will be the primary voice for a portfolio of properties. You’ll handle leasing inquiries, resolve billing disputes, and monitor site conditions via camera systems to ensure property health. This role bridges the gap between traditional operations and modern customer success, driving revenue and tenant satisfaction.

We own and operate facilities across the Southeast, and we believe modern tools and disciplined execution can meaningfully improve the customer experience and property performance. We’re building a team that values ownership, follow-through, and a high bar for quality.

What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end leasing process by converting warm leads into active rentals through high-volume phone, email, and text communication.
  • Proactively monitor site conditions and security via remote camera systems, flagging maintenance issues and ensuring properties meet brand standards.
  • Drive property financial health by managing the collections process, de-escalating billing disputes, and overseeing the customer-facing side of auction filings.
