What you will do
- Own the full renewal cycle and net revenue retention across a portfolio of global enterprise accounts with over 2,000 employees.
- Drive account expansion and growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities through strategic QBRs and data-led ROI storytelling.
- Lead client onboarding and activation experiments, using the WONE Index to demonstrate measurable value and drive industry-leading engagement rates.
Who this is a fit for
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or B2B Account Management with a proven track record of owning revenue metrics, including retention and expansion.
- Experience managing large-scale enterprise relationships at the CHRO or Head of People level within a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.
- An AI-native professional who actively integrates AI tools into their daily workflow and possesses a builder mentality for creating new processes.
