Role overview

As the founding Customer Success hire (Employee #1 or #2), you will own the entire customer journey for senior property professionals at major commercial real estate firms. Working directly with the co-founders, you will transform manual Excel-based modeling into streamlined AI workflows while building the company’s account management playbook from scratch.

What you will do

  • Lead the end-to-end customer journey, from conducting high-touch onboarding and implementation to driving long-term renewals and account expansions.
  • Act as the primary strategic partner for Directors and Managing Directors at major real estate firms, ensuring they achieve rapid value from the platform.
  • Partner with the product team to translate customer feedback into new AI features, directly influencing the technical roadmap of the platform.

Who this is a fit for

  • 1-4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or consulting, ideally within a fast-paced B2B SaaS or fintech environment.
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and build processes from zero rather than just following existing playbooks or rigid corporate structures.
