Role overview

You will drive new business opportunities for B2B technology clients by identifying and qualifying prospects through high-volume outbound outreach. As one of the first points of contact, you’ll conduct discovery conversations and collaborate with global teams. This entry-level role includes a world-class three-month training academy to build foundational sales skills.

It provides outsourced sales development representative (SDR) services for enterprise B2B technology companies, and also offers sales intelligence software, lead generation, training, mentoring, onboarding, and management support for SDR teams.

What you will do

  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling to initiate conversations with business leaders across various tech sectors.
  • Perform discovery calls to understand prospective clients’ business challenges and qualify leads for global B2B technology partners.
  • Manage and organize your outreach activities within a fast-paced environment while collaborating with managers to refine your sales strategy.

Who this is a fit for

  • Native or professional fluency in both Dutch and English is a mandatory requirement to prospect into the Benelux market.
