- Translate ambiguous client challenges into automated, measurable workflows by balancing complex user needs with Model ML’s platform constraints and technical capabilities.
- Maintain rigorous operational hygiene by managing delivery plans, tracking success metrics, and ensuring high-signal communication across both client stakeholders and internal engineering teams.
- Drive the full customer lifecycle from initial trial to renewal, building trusted relationships with senior builders to ensure long-term adoption and maximum product ROI.

- Has 5+ years of experience within tier-1 management consulting, investment banking, or private equity, with a proven track record of managing high-stakes client relationships.
