Grw AI is hiring its first Founding Account Executive in San Francisco to scale Taylor, the AI teammate revolutionizing sales operations. Backed by NextView and Precursor Ventures, you'll join an elite team of 10 as you own the PLG-assisted motion and build the outbound playbook from scratch.

As the first dedicated sales hire at Grw AI, you will own the end-to-end conversion of their PLG motion and build the outbound sales playbook. Partnering with the Co-CEO, you’ll drive revenue by targeting SMB sales leaders, shaping the product roadmap with customer insights, and establishing a high-performance sales culture.

Our founders have been writing prompts since before ChatGPT dropped, and bring a Cambridge ML background and 14+ years of GTM leadership.

We have built Taylor - an AI teammate that builds and runs the systems for high-performing sales teams. Running a high-performing sales team is one of the hardest operational problems in business, and when the systems around the team can't keep up, the whole company feels it. Taylor steps into a sales team's workflows and runs the work that good teams need but rarely get done well: pre-meeting prep, call reviews, pipeline hygiene, post-call follow-ups, coaching, and the operational threads that hold a sales org together.

What you'll do

What you will do

  • Own the trial-to-paid conversion for engaged PLG users and qualify inbound demo requests to drive immediate revenue growth.
  • Build and execute a high-volume outbound hunting motion targeting SMB sales leaders using modern AI-assisted prospecting tools like Clay and LinkedIn.
  • Collaborate with Product and CX leads to provide the critical feedback loop that shapes the roadmap, pricing strategy, and trial experience.

Who you are

Who this is a fit for

  • Has carried and consistently hit a SaaS sales quota selling to SMB customers, thriving in fast-cycle environments with small buying committees.
  • Possesses elite outbound hunting skills and fluency with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Clay to personally generate and manage pipeline.
  • Demonstrates high agency and pre-Series A experience, capable of shaping sales processes and fixing CRM hygiene without being handed a playbook.
