Role overview

As the Founding AE for New Markets at Borderless, you will lead the international expansion from zero to one. Reporting directly to the co-founders, you will own the go-to-market hypothesis for new geographies, build a robust outbound pipeline, and secure the company's first international customers to prove global scalability.

What you'll do

What you will do

  • Define and execute market entry strategies for Canada, UAE, and the US, testing ICPs and messaging to establish a winning GTM playbook.
  • Drive the full sales cycle from zero-to-one, including cold prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing the first set of international anchor clients.
  • Collaborate with product and operations teams to translate customer insights from new geographies into platform features and localized solutions.
