What you will do
- Spearhead the technical onboarding for People Enablement and HRIS products, tailoring platform configurations to meet specific customer workflows and IT infrastructure requirements.
- Project manage multiple implementation timelines simultaneously, coordinating between customer HR stakeholders, IT departments, and internal Product and Support teams.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to develop scalable training resources and personalized implementation materials that improve onboarding efficiency and customer confidence.
