As the Sales Lead for DACH, you will own and scale Leapsome’s most strategic go-to-market motion from Berlin. You’ll lead a team of Account Executives, driving revenue growth through process excellence and AI-enabled sales strategies. This high-impact leadership role focuses on hiring, coaching, and expanding the core European market.

What you will do

  • Hire, onboard, and coach a growing team of Account Executives in Berlin, focusing on sales fundamentals, productivity, and customer-centric deal execution.
  • Own the DACH team quota performance, managing forecasting and pipeline growth to ensure consistent revenue delivery across mid-market and SMB segments.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, RevOps, and Product to optimize the customer journey and refine the sales playbook for Leapsome’s expanding HRIS offering.
