GTM - AI Native Sales at WorkOS, Inc.

WorkOS is building the critical infrastructure for the AI era, and they're looking for a high-agency seller to join their GTM team. In this role, you'll own the full sales cycle for technical leaders and developers, helping them solve complex authentication and access control challenges. What you'll do

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting and technical discovery to closing and expansion for fast-growing software companies.
  • Partner with Solutions Engineers to deliver a consultative, technical buying experience for product-minded developers and CTOs.
  • Run GTM experiments across messaging and tooling to optimize conversion while maintaining rigorous pipeline hygiene and forecasting.

Who you are

Who this is a fit for

  • Proven experience in SaaS sales or technical quota-carrying roles with a track record of navigating ambiguity in early GTM environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build trust and technical credibility with engineers, PMs, and engineering leaders.
  • Proficiency with modern AI and automation tools to increase sales output and a desire to engage deeply with the local SF/NYC tech communities.
