What you will do
- Identify, source, and close high-impact partnerships with vendors across the HR tech, fintech, and workforce software ecosystem.
- Own the full partnership lifecycle, from initial prospecting and onboarding through to enablement and long-term relationship management.
- Track partner performance and pipeline metrics to ensure that strategic agreements translate into consistent, measurable revenue and closed-won deals.

- 2-3+ years of B2B SaaS experience, specifically within partnerships, business development, or high-performance sales roles like SDR or Account Executive.
- Proven track record of turning abstract relationships into tangible revenue growth and building repeatable GTM processes from scratch.
