What you will do
- Design and execute enablement initiatives that measurably improve renewals and expansion for CS Growth and Care teams.
- Own the full onboarding lifecycle for new CS hires, utilizing AI-supported learning paths to drastically reduce ramp time.
- Coach team members through real client call preparation and feedback while facilitating regular workshops to sharpen commercial skills.
Who this is a fit for
- 5+ years of experience in GTM enablement, L&D, or Customer Success within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- A hands-on generalist who works with AI tools daily to redesign workflows and turn insights into training content.
- Proven ability to own projects end-to-end, from scoping and design to execution and long-term stakeholder management.
