What you will do

  • Build, hire, and lead a high-performance team of Account Executives, coaching them on discovery, deal execution, and pipeline management.
  • Define and refine the end-to-end UK sales playbook, institutionalizing repeatable motions for both independent workshops and multi-site organizations.
  • Drive commercial engagement with major enterprise repair groups, navigating complex sales cycles with senior operations leaders and owners.
