- Navigate complex government stakeholder landscapes to define project scope, sequence, and technical requirements for diverse municipal departments and ordinances.
- Hands-on configuration of the Infilla product, tailoring permit types, review workflows, fee logic, and reporting structures to the specific realities of each jurisdiction.
- Act as a trusted advisor and champion for government staff, managing risk and anticipating blockers to ensure successful, high-adoption go-lives and measurable permitting outcomes.
