Role overview

You will build the mid-market sales motion from the ground up for a powerhouse in the LLM space. Managing the full sales cycle for companies under 500 employees, you will convert massive open-source traction and developer community signals into ARR by helping teams adopt enterprise-grade document infrastructure for AI agents.

LlamaIndex is building the document infrastructure for AI agents. It contains a best-in-class agentic document processing engine to parse the most complex documents and translate them into formats that humans and AI can use. It also contains a variety of tools at the semantic layer (extraction/search) and agentic layer (workflows) to enable knowledge work over documents.

What you'll do

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, discovery, and closing for high-growth accounts under 500 employees.
  • Source and develop a robust pipeline by leveraging OSS community signals, inbound interest, and proactive outbound outreach.
  • Partner with Solutions Engineers to execute focused technical POCs that demonstrate the value of the enterprise knowledge management platform.

Who you are

Who this is a fit for

  • 2–5 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience with a consistent track record of exceeding quotas in a startup environment.
  • Proven ability to sell to technical personas like engineers and data scientists, ideally within the AI/ML or developer tools space.
  • High-velocity operator who uses AI tools for research and outreach while thriving in the ambiguity of building a new sales motion.
