What you'll do
What you will do
- Lead outbound lead generation by building and running multi-channel cadences across phone, email, and LinkedIn to penetrate new market segments.
- Book and qualify meetings for Account Executives, ensuring a seamless handover process to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Director and GTM teams to iterate on messaging and shape the company’s outbound playbook.
Who you are
Who this is a fit for
- Possesses 6-12 months of outbound SDR experience or a background in high-rejection environments like recruitment or telesales.
- Demonstrates exceptional phone presence and grit, with a proven ability to communicate clearly and handle objections with high energy.
- Is a metrics-driven self-starter who is familiar with modern sales stacks like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Outreach to track performance.
