You will take full ownership of commercial kitchen installation projects from contract signing through completion. This hands-on role involves coordinating with general contractors and architects, overseeing installation crews, and managing everything from field measurements to FDNY inspections. You’ll ensure every phase runs smoothly, on time, and within budget for diverse clients.

What you will do

  • Coordinate with general contractors, architects, and subcontractors to meet rigorous project timelines and safety standards.
  • Manage field operations including taking measurements, overseeing installation crews, and facilitating critical FDNY inspections.
  • Partner with Operations and Sales teams to schedule equipment production, deliveries, and complex system start-ups.

Who this is a fit for

  • Has 3+ years of experience in commercial construction project management with a proven track record of successful deliveries.
  • Possesses deep technical knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems specifically within commercial kitchen environments.
  • Is highly organized and proficient in reading construction drawings, with preferred experience using Procore and Outlook.
