What you will do
- Design and update comprehensive retail training pathways and workshops that support career progression from Associate to Store Manager level.
- Act as the LMS superuser, ensuring all learning modules are effectively implemented and completion rates are tracked to report on performance.
- Conduct hands-on 1:1 coaching and group workshops within stores to embed “Customer Non-Negotiables” and deliver best-in-sector service standards.

- Expert knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and the ability to adapt training styles to suit diverse learning requirements.
