Role overview

As the first dedicated commercial hire at tarifftribe.co.uk, you will own the full outbound sales cycle for our energy procurement platform. You’ll target franchise head offices to land network-wide deals, directly influencing our go-to-market strategy. Working closely with the founders, you will transform how multi-site operators manage energy costs across their entire estates.

What you will do

  • Build and prioritize target account lists of franchise networks and multi-site operators, identifying key stakeholders at the head-office level.
  • Execute structured multi-channel outbound campaigns across email, phone, and LinkedIn to secure high-value partnerships and network-wide rollouts.
  • Partner directly with the CEO to refine the sales playbook and feed customer insights back into the product development cycle.

Who this is a fit for

  • 3–4 years of experience in a quota-carrying B2B sales role, ideally within a growth-stage startup or the energy/SaaS sectors.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles involving franchisor/franchisee models or multi-site organizational structures.
  • Highly disciplined with pipeline management and CRM hygiene, specifically proficient in using HubSpot to drive sales efficiency.
