Responsibilities

What you will do

  • Execute the full B2B sales cycle, converting warm leads and prospect lists into long-term partnerships with brand managers and procurement teams.
  • Collaborate with in-house studio and production teams to translate customer visions into high-quality bespoke printed packaging solutions.
  • Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of clients across the FMCG, retail, and health & wellness sectors through expert relationship building.

Candidate profile

Who this is a fit for

  • Minimum 2+ years of B2B sales experience specifically within the packaging supply chain, including corrugated, folding cartons, or labels.
  • Proven track record as a closer who can navigate complex sales cycles with both ambitious startups and blue-chip retail suppliers.
  • Based in or willing to commute to the West Midlands, with a high work ethic and comfort using modern sales technology.
