As a Sales Manager at Chowbus, you will drive the expansion of our leading POS technology across North American Asian restaurants. You will lead the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting and cold visits to conducting demos and closing partnerships. Your role is vital in empowering culturally rooted food entrepreneurs to thrive.

Chowbus is a technology company specializing in restaurant services, now focused on software as a service (SaaS) and point of sale (POS) systems for restaurants after selling its food delivery business to Fantuan Delivery in January 2024. Originally founded in 2016 in Chicago as an online food ordering, payment, and delivery platform for authentic Asian cuisine, it provides restaurant management software, POS products, and tools to empower local independent restaurants, particularly those offering ethnic cuisines.[1][9]

What you will do

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting through cold visits, calls, and email campaigns to qualify restaurant leads.
  • Conduct professional product demonstrations to showcase how Chowbus technology solves specific operational needs for prospective partners.
  • Manage all sales activities and KPIs within Salesforce to ensure consistent pipeline growth and successful monthly onboarding goals.

Who this is a fit for

  • Must be bilingual in Chinese and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills for the target market.
  • Possesses at least 1 year of relevant sales experience with a proven track record of selling and upselling technical products.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in modern sales tools including Salesforce, Slack, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Google Apps.
