What you will do
- Manage, mentor, and lead a team of SDRs, providing coaching and feedback to consistently exceed lead generation targets.
- Develop and implement innovative outbound prospecting strategies, leveraging automation to maximize efficiency and lead quality.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and Rev Ops to ensure seamless alignment, process optimization, and effective use of CRM tools.
Who this is a fit for
- Possesses 2-3 years of SDR experience in B2B SaaS, including at least 1 year in a team lead or management capacity.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of outbound sales processes, prospecting tools, and lead qualification techniques.
- Exhibits excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills, coupled with a genuine passion for sustainability.
