- Manage a ~$2.5M directly owned ARR portfolio within the broader $6M Darwin book, ensuring 100% net retention through proactive renewals and expansion.
- Oversee the commercial dynamics of a $1.2M labeling services operation, balancing software automation with expert human-in-the-loop supply chains.
- Act as a technical advisor to Heads of ML and Clinical Operations directors, navigating complex procurement cycles and identifying high-value upsell opportunities.
Who you are
Who this is a fit for
- Proven track record as a Senior IC managing an enterprise book of at least $1M+ ARR within AI, RPA, data processing, or life sciences tech.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing both SaaS subscriptions and professional services/labeling operations in a technical environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset capable of sitting across the table from technical leaders, ideally supported by a science degree or experience in regulated industries.
