What you'll do
What you will do
- Define and validate the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) by identifying high-converting personas and entry points within investment funds and financial institutions.
- Build a repeatable pipeline engine by standing up outbound sequences, referral loops, and partnership events to generate a consistent flow of qualified conversations.
- Quarterback the full sales cycle, leading discovery calls and progressing complex, multi-stakeholder deals through to close while documenting objection handling and pricing strategies.

- Proven 0→1 GTM track record: You have successfully built pipeline and secured the first meaningful revenue or lighthouse customers in an ambiguous, pre-playbook startup environment.
- Consultative sales expertise: Extensive experience selling high-value services or software to sophisticated senior stakeholders such as General Counsel, PE Partners, or C-suite executives.
- High-agency builder mindset: You possess the commercial instinct to translate market feedback into a scalable playbook, maintaining high-quality outbound standards and CRM hygiene without needing external instruction.
