What you will do

  • Translate complex AI and machine learning concepts into clear commercial value propositions for decision-makers across our account portfolio.
  • Scope technical solutions and coordinate delivery between clients and a distributed engineering team to ensure project success.
  • Support pre-sales efforts with technical credibility, identifying expansion opportunities and building the lab’s commercial muscle from the ground up.

Who this is a fit for

  • 4+ years of experience in technical account management, solutions consulting, or pre-sales at a cloud provider, AI consultancy, or B2B SaaS company.
  • Strong conceptual understanding of cloud architectures, APIs, and machine learning deployment patterns without needing to be a hands-on coder.
  • Proven track record of owning client relationships, managing complex project deliveries, and contributing directly to revenue growth in ambiguous environments.
